FARM ANIMALS

The City receives many inquiries regarding farm animals and where they are allowed within the City.  Chapter 24 of the Zoning Ordinance establishes the standards by which farm animals may be kept within Kaysville City in a manner that will protect the public health and minimize the potential for nuisance.  If the area in which you live does not permit farm animals, you may seek a conditional use permit from the Planning Commission.  To do that, contact wflint@kaysvillecity.com to be placed on an agenda.
