The Planning Commission will consider granting a conditional use permit for an LDS Church Seminary at approximately 850 South Sunset Drive on August 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

A conditional use permit is a permit that the Planning Commission may grant. Because of unique characteristics or potential impact on the municipality, surrounding neighbors, or adjacent land uses, land use requests may not be compatible in some areas or may be compatible only if certain conditions are required that mitigate or eliminate the detrimental impacts. The Planning Commission will determine if the request will be permitted with or without conditions. Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. The public is invited to attend and express their opinion on this request.
