MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Redevelopment Agency Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville.  The agenda shall be as follows:

1. Opening.
2. Adoption of Agency Bylaws; Designation of Location for Agency Meetings; and Authorization of Electronic Agency Meetings.
3. Appointment of the Vice-Chair of the Agency by the Kaysville City Mayor.
4. Designation of the Main Street Community Development Project Area and Authorization to Prepare a Project Area Plan and Actions Related Thereto.
5. Adjournment.
